₹6,400-CRORE IPO RUSH: SEVEN COMPANIES ENTER THE PRIMARY MARKET

Seven companies from industrial infrastructure, jewellery, entertainment, asset management and precious metals are set to tap investors, making it one of the busiest weeks for India’s primary market in 2026.

Inox India IPO: Price band fixed at ₹627-660, to open on December 14

The IPO activity comes after five companies launched public issues in the previous week, signalling continued activity in India’s primary market. The latest group includes businesses from industrial parks, jewellery, entertainment, asset management, instrumentation and precious metals.

1. Horizon Industrial Parks

Sector: Industrial and logistics infrastructure
IPO size: ₹2,600 crore
Issue type: Entirely fresh issue
IPO dates: August 17–19, 2026
Price band: ₹57–₹60 per share

Horizon Industrial Parks operates in the industrial and logistics real-estate space, developing and managing properties used by businesses for warehousing and related operations. Its IPO is the largest among the seven companies entering the market this week. The entire ₹2,600-crore issue consists of newly issued shares, meaning the proceeds will go to the company rather than existing shareholders. A major use of the funds is repayment of borrowings.
The IPO gives investors exposure to India's growing logistics and industrial-infrastructure demand while also allowing the company to strengthen its balance sheet.

2. Lalithaa Jewellery Mart

Sector: Jewellery retail
IPO size: ₹1,700 crore
Fresh issue: Up to ₹1,200 crore
Offer for Sale: Up to ₹500 crore
IPO dates: August 17–19, 2026
Price band: ₹190–₹201 per share

Lalithaa Jewellery Mart is a jewellery retailer and is entering the public market with a ₹1,700-crore offering. Unlike Horizon, its IPO has two components: a fresh issue and an offer for sale. The fresh portion will bring new capital into the company, while the OFS component allows existing shareholders to sell part of their holdings.
The issue comes as India's organised jewellery sector continues to attract investor attention, but investors will need to examine the company's margins, store expansion and working-capital requirements.

3. Shankesh Jewellers

Sector: Jewellery
IPO size: About ₹367 crore
IPO opens: August 18, 2026
Price band: ₹88–₹93 per share

Shankesh Jewellers is another jewellery business entering the primary market during the same week as Lalithaa Jewellery Mart. Its IPO is considerably smaller, at roughly ₹367 crore. The company is seeking public capital as it moves towards becoming a listed jewellery business.
With two jewellery companies coming to the market in the same week, investors have an opportunity to compare their business models, scale, profitability and valuations rather than looking at either IPO in isolation.

4. Sunshine Pictures

Sector: Film and entertainment
IPO size: About ₹282 crore
IPO dates: August 18–20, 2026
Price band: ₹342–₹360 per share

Sunshine Pictures operates in the entertainment industry, making it different from most of the other companies in this IPO group. The company is seeking around ₹282 crore through its public offering. Its shares are scheduled to be offered in the ₹342–₹360 price range.
Sunshine Pictures gives the IPO pipeline exposure to India's entertainment business. Unlike asset-heavy businesses, an entertainment company can have revenues that depend heavily on the performance and commercial success of individual projects.

5. Gaja Alternative Asset Management

Sector: Alternative asset management / private equity
IPO size: ₹550 crore
Fresh issue: ₹450 crore
Offer for Sale: ₹100 crore
IPO dates: August 19–21, 2026
Price band: ₹152–₹160 per share

Gaja Alternative Asset Management operates commercially under the Gaja Capital brand. It is an alternative asset manager rather than a conventional retail financial-services company. Its ₹550-crore IPO consists of ₹450 crore of fresh shares and ₹100 crore through an offer for sale.
This IPO is significant because investors are being offered exposure to the alternative-investment management business. Its performance will depend heavily on assets under management, investment performance and its ability to raise and manage future funds.

6. Tempsens Instruments

Sector: Industrial technology / temperature measurement
IPO: Fresh issue plus OFS structure
Business: Temperature-sensing and thermal-engineering solutions

Tempsens Instruments is an industrial technology company specialising in temperature measurement and thermal-engineering products. Its portfolio includes thermocouples, RTDs, thermowells, pyrometers, thermal imagers, industrial heaters, cables and temperature calibration equipment. The company has manufacturing facilities in India and overseas and sells its products across international markets.
Tempsens is particularly interesting because its business is linked to industrial manufacturing and process industries rather than consumer demand. Its IPO therefore provides investors with exposure to a specialised industrial-technology business.

7. Augmont Enterprises
What it does:

Augmont Enterpries operates in India's precious metals ecosystem , with its business centred around gold and silver

Reported IPO size: ₹800 crore
Fresh issue: ₹620 crore
OFS: ₹180 crore

The fresh issue proceeds are intended largely for working capital associated with procurement, inventory expansion and margin funding.
